Filled Melon
1 Sweet melon 1 Pear 2 Apples 2 Oranges 1 Banana 100g. Roasted Cashew Kernels Lemon juice , Sugar to taste, 1 Small glass of fruit liquor,
Cocktail ,Cherries to garnish To prepare : Chop 1/3 of melon , remove the seeds carefully and cut out the flesh of the fruit in small round forms without damaging the shell. Cut apples and pear and oranges into small pieces and the banana into slices. Taste with lemon juice , sugar and fruit liquor. Add about 2/3 of the cashew nuts. Let it soak.
Place into melon and garnish with cocktail cherries and the rest of the cashew nuts.

Salted Pastry with Cashew Kernels
1 pkt of puff pastry
100g. Cashew Kernels flour
Egg Yolk to brush on Granular salt.
To prepare : Roll out the puff pastry about 2 cm. thick, form small pastries according to imagination , brush on with egg yolk , sprinkle with salt and place on a cold rinsed plate. Spread cashew Kernels generously and bake at 220 0 for about 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
St. Tropez Salad
1 head of lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs
2 bunches of red radish 1 tin of corn on cob (natural )
100g. of Cashew Kernels
Sauce
2 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. mango chutney
1 tbsp. candid ginger
2 tbsp. ginger syrup
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp curry
2 tbsp. apple pulp or 1 grated apple
To prepare: Wash and cut the lettuce into big pieces, cut the eggs into eights, slice the radish the second bunch shape into rosettes, drain the corn and mix everything. Prepare the salad by mixing all ingredients and serve with the salad.
